John Adler brings over 40 years of hands-on design engineering experience across mission-critical programs in aerospace, military, medical, telecommunications, and advanced manufacturing. His work spans the last eight U.S. presidential administrations and includes numerous long-life, high-reliability systems developed under strict NDA requirements.

At AEMC, John provides deep technical guidance on design integrity, material behavior, and long-term reliability, ensuring solutions are grounded in real-world operating conditions.

Phi Du
Co-Founder | Strategic Connector

In response to the rapid expansion of AI-driven infrastructure, one opportunity led to another, and Phi Du found herself increasingly involved in conversations around data centers, advanced manufacturing, and long-term infrastructure reliability.

Phi brings over 25 years of experience across financial operations, lending strategy, entrepreneurship, private banking, and municipal finance. Her role at AEMC is that of a connector, working closely with engineers, operators, manufacturers, and decision-makers.
